Driven Racing HR Series Hot Rod Motor Oil: The Right Oil for Your Engine
There is no single motor oil that works in all engines. That’s why Driven Racing offers its HR series line of hot rod motor oil. You’ll find conventional and synthetic oil formulated for weekend-driven classic vehicles, small block and crate engines, big block and supercharged engines—even blown marine engines and air-cooled engines.
HR Series Motor Oils have high levels of ZDDP (zinc) content for flat tappet camshaft and valvetrain protection plus corrosion inhibitors for long-term storage protection.
Driven Racing HR1, HR2, and HR5 Conventional Motor Oils are recommended for flat tappet and overhead cam engines in muscle cars, street rods, and vintage vehicles that require compatibility with OEM-style seals.
Driven Racing HR3, HR4, and HR6 Full Synthetic Motor Oils are recommended for higher-performance engines with looser clearances and higher operating temperatures. The oils offer superior temperature and oxidation stability and are ideal for engines requiring improved cold-start and thermal stability.
Driven Racing HR Series Motor Oil is available in 10W-30, 10W-40, and 15W-50 formulations. They recommend the 10W-30 for small block crate engines and street rods, 10W-40 for higher performance engines, and 15W-50 for big blocks, supercharged engines, and other high-load applications.
