EXCel By Richmond Gear: Quality Gears and Axles That Won’t Break the Bank

Sometimes, all you need are high-quality, affordable replacement parts for a work truck, mild street machine, or a bracket bomber. That’s exactly what the EXCel by Richmond Gear ring and pinion gear sets and axle shafts are all about. They’re a step up from OEM because the design, tooling, steel selection, and heat-treat specifications are all controlled by Richmond Gear. That means you get gears and axles you can count on without breaking the bank.

EXCel Ring and Pinion Gear Sets are available in several popular ratios for these axles:
• GM 8.875" 12-bolt (car and truck), 8.2", 8.5"/8.6", 7.5"/7.625", 55P (8.2" drop-out)
• Ford 8", 8.8", 9"
• Chrysler 8.25" and 9.25"

EXCel Axle Shafts are available for these axle assemblies and are sold individually. Some shafts come in kits with press-in wheel studs, bearings, and seals.
