CertiFlat Heavy-Duty Pro Top Kits and Heavy-Duty Leg Kits
WeldTables CertiFlat Heavy-Duty Pro Top Kits are used by dozens of OEM manufacturers across the USA and Canada because they are so precise and durable. They’re manufactured with special tab-and-slot webbing on the bottom to ensure they are put together flat and stay that way for life. 

All Heavy-Duty Pro Top Kits feature:

• Tough 3/16" Hot-Rolled Pickled Oil (HRPO) mild steel plate construction
• Stiffening ribs for a guaranteed flat surface
• CNC laser-cut components for accurate fitment
• Proprietary “Heat Control Design” to eliminate warping during assembly
• Maximum of +/- .003" dimensional accuracy on all included parts
• 16mm holes on 2" centers work with Strong and other brand welding tools
• Guaranteed to be within +/- .015" when assembled according to the instructions

You’ll also need one of WeldTables Heavy-Duty Leg Kits. They tab-and-slot together just like the Pro Tops for maximum dimensional accuracy, eliminating the dreaded “squaring the box” step during assembly that typically produces an uneven product. The legs are CNC-laser cut from 3/16" thick, 1 ½" square tubing. They ride on four 3" diameter locking swivel casters with non-marking wheels that can support up to 300 lbs. each. 

CertiFlat FabBlocks, MiniBlock Workbenches, and FabRack Leg Kits
The CertiFlat FabBlocks is WeldTables’ ultimate tabletop welding system. Designed using the proven tab-and-slot system, FabBlocks assemble easily and ensure a very high degree of accuracy and parallelism. They are completely modular and incorporate industry standard 16mm hole spacing to work with all popular clamps and tooling. 

FabBlocks share many of the same features as Pro Top Tables, but also a few extras:

CertiFlat MiniBlock Workbenches are perfect for the home builder or small shop that needs the same 3D functionality as FabBlock tables but in a lighter, more affordable package. The MiniBlock’s five-sided fixturing surfaces offer extreme versatility and use WeldTables tab-and-slot design for quick and easy assembly. Built from 3/16-inch HRPO mild steel plate, the MiniBlock’s proprietary design keeps it completely flat during assembly. All other features are shared with the FabBlock. 

WeldTables FabRack Leg Kits pair with the FabBlock and MiniBlock Workbenches to create the ultimate set up. Constructed from heavy-duty, two-inch square 14-gauge tubing, each piece is precision CNC cut for an accurate fit that squares and locates itself during assembly. Adjustable leveling bolts allow you to level the work surface even if the floor below it is not. Installing the included heavy-duty 1,500 lb. capacity locking swivel casters raises the table’s surface to a more comfortable working height—approximately 40 inches high on a FabBlock table and 38 inches high on a MiniBlock Workbench. If you go the no-casters route, the working height will be six inches less. 

FabBrake CertiFlat DIY Press Brake Kit
You’ll find that the WeldTables FabBrake CertiFlat DIY Press Brake Kit delivers a whole lot of bending power at a very affordable price. Fashioned from ultra-strong A36 HRPO prime steel, its small, 8- by 20 inch footprint doesn’t take up much room on your table, yet can precisely bend metal as thick as ½ inch up to 90 degrees using a 10-ton or 20-ton stubby bottle jack (sold separately). Compare that with the old-fashioned torch-and-hammer method or spending tens of thousands of dollars on a floor-mounted press brake and you’ll see the value the CertiFlat Press Brake delivers.
