Flex-A-Lite Compact Adjustable Fan Controllers Handle the Heat and More

The built-in features of the Flex-A-Lite Compact Adjustable Electric Fan Controllers make them one of the most versatile fan controllers available. 

Besides the obvious ability to turn the fan(s) on and off in the 160°-220° heat range, these little gems have optional connections that can automatically activate fan(s) whenever the air conditioning is switched on, plus a manual override switch so you can flip on the fan anytime you want. This way, your engine is protected from overheating in the three most common ways—very nice on sweltering days or when you’re forced to cruise along at slow speeds and an insufficient amount of air is reaching the radiator for cooling. 

Adjusting the fan activation temperature is painfully simple and can be done using only a small, flat-blade screwdriver. To make sure these Compact Adjustable Fan Controllers are ready for the long haul, the electronics are fully potted to protect them from water intrusion and vibration failure. 

Since Flex-A-Lite has been in the engine cooling game for a long time, they knew they needed to offer these controllers in two versions to make everyone happy. Part number FLX-33094 gets you the model with the push-in temperature sensor that easily slips between the radiator tubes and fins, while part number FLX-33095 is the one you want if you’re threading the probe directly into a port on the radiator or somewhere else in the cooling system. 

Both models of controllers include a 30 amp relay and inline fuse with all of the wires permanently attached to the control module for secure connections and to save time during installation. In addition, these complete kits come with a wiring harness, electrical connectors, brass connectors for the thread-in temperature probe (FLX-33095 only), zip ties, and mounting hardware. Rated for use with fans up to a 20 amp continuous draw.
