Fuel a 1,000 Horsepower LS Engine With a FiTech Ultimate LS Fuel Injection System

Getting 1,000 horsepower out of a GM LS engine is almost too easy. Same goes for feeding that 1,000 horsepower beastie. FiTech’s Ultimate LS 1000 Fuel Injection Systems are plug and play, self-tuning induction systems complete from intake manifold to wiring harness. There is no messing with factory wiring, reflashing ECUs, or mismatching parts. If you can turn a wrench and snap wiring connectors together, you can install an Ultimate LS system.

The brains behind the kits is the programmable ECU. You can leave it in self-learning mode, or you can use the handheld color touchscreen to fine-tune the ECU for your particular engine combination. Tuning features include:
• 3 bar MAP sensor for forced induction—automatically detects up to 30 PSI boost
• Sequential fuel and spark control with individual cylinder trim
• On-the-fly target air/fuel ratio and spark timing control
• Data logging
• Knock sensor control
• Fuel pump relay output
• Two programmable electric fan control outputs (coolant and 1 bar MAP)
• Tach and speedometer output drivers compatible with most gauges

The Ultimate LS 1000 Fuel Injection Systems include:
• TIG-welded, low-profile fabricated intake manifold with CNC-machined ports
• High-flow, cable-operated 102mm throttle body with progressive linkage pulley for smooth throttle transitions
• Billet aluminum fuel rails with AN fittings and fuel crossover
• Flow-matched 80 lb.-hr. fuel injectors
• Dual wideband oxygen sensors with stainless steel bungs
• MAP and throttle position sensor, idle air control motor
• 24X and 58X crank- and cam-compatible, works with custom cams
• Custom wiring harness (reuses factory ignition coil harness)

The FiTech Ultimate LS 1000 Fuel Injection Systems are available for LS engines with cathedral-port or rectangular-port cylinder heads. You can get a kit with or without an electronic transmission controller for 4L60, 4L65,4L80, and 4L85 transmissions, and kits are available with a 440 LPH in-tank electric fuel pump module and fuel pressure regulator.
