When you purchase a set of Excess Fuel Injectors, you get more than fuel flow. You get access to comprehensive injector testing and matching data including flow profiles and testing parameters. That data is incredibly valuable for tuning your engine, and is downloadable in files for use with HP Tuners and other tuning software.

Every set of injectors is produced using Excess Injectors’ EXACT-MATCH technology. Each injector is grouped into exact-matched flow rate and offset batches. That ensures each set will provide consistent performance. 6,500-plus flow points are measured on each injector and flow high slope is established using 1,200 recorded flow samples. The results are less than 1% flow rate variance and 2% in dead time (how long it takes for an injector plunger to open from the fully closed position). That means excellent idle, cruise and startup performance and proper synchronization of fuel delivery to injector pulse.
