Doug’s Headers has been making headers since 1958, so they know how to make a set of pipes that efficiently scavenge exhaust gas to help your engine make more power. Now you can get a set of Doug’s headers in corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.

Doug’s hand-builds its headers from CNC-mandrel bent tubing with thick 3/8-inch flanges that won’t warp like thinner-gauge flanges. Each header design is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove exhaust gas from each cylinder. That reduces pumping losses for noticeable increases in horsepower and torque.

What’s more, Doug's spends a lot of time making sure their headers fit properly in the vehicles they’re designed for. That includes checking, rechecking, and checking some more during the development and manufacturing process.

Most Doug’s Headers Stainless Steel Muscle Car Headers are available in long-tube and Tri-Y designs. Some are available in shorty style to help improve ground clearance. All headers come with collector reducers or connector pipes, extra-thick gaskets port-matched to the header flange, and all necessary mounting hardware.
