BD Diesel Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds for 5.7L HEMI RAM Pickups
BD Diesel Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds fix the all-too-common bolt failures suffered by 5.7L HEMI engines. BD Diesel accomplishes this by incorporating longer fasteners and spacers that are better able to withstand the natural thermal expansion that occurs during heat cycles. In addition, BD Diesel reengineered the heat shield mounting locations, separating them from the mounting bolts to further enhance reliability. The manifolds also feature a thicker design made from high-silicone ductile iron to combat warping and come with all gaskets and fasteners.

BD Diesel Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds fit these trucks. They will not fit 2019 and later DT body-style RAM 1500:
- 2009-18 RAM 1500/2500
- 2011-18 RAM 3500
- 2019-22 RAM 1500 Classic
