Get Old-School Looks with Modern Horsepower with Trick Flow DHC™ 200 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevy
Gen 1 small block Chevy fans don’t have to choose between building a vintage-looking mill or a modern day performance powerhouse—Trick Flow DHC 200 Cylinder Heads let you do both!
Trick Flow DHC 200 Cylinder Heads have exterior touches like straight spark plug holes, raised markings on the ends, and a choice of drilled accessory holes or no holes just like the legendary OE double hump heads. Hit them with a shot of Chevy orange paint and (almost) no one will be the wiser. But on the inside, it’s all Trick Flow modern CNC-ported goodness:
- A356-T61 aluminum castings substantially reduce weight over cast iron
- 64cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers
- Stainless steel 2.055-inch intake/1.60-inch exhaust valves
- CNC Street Ported 200cc intake/74cc exhaust runner profiles
- Your choice of single (.540-inch maximum lift) or dual (.600-inch maximum lift) Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs
- Bronze alloy valve guides
- Ductile iron valve seats
- Proprietary valve profiles and multi-angle valve seat machining maximize flow at low lift
- Extra thick decks and walls increase casting strength
- Chromoly steel retainers
- 7° machined steel valve locks
- Factory intake and exhaust port locations
