VEGE has expanded its remanufactured crate engine lineup with two Chevrolet 350 cubic inch long blocks that deliver reliable power. They offer a cost-effective solution for restoring or upgrading a wide range of cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Each engine is remanufactured to strict quality standards to meet or exceed original factory specifications, delivering improved efficiency and throttle response. The engines feature cast-iron blocks with two-bolt mains, factory cast crankshaft and powdered metal rods, hypereutectic pistons, and cast iron cylinder heads. VEGE also adds an oil pan, timing cover, and valve covers.

VEGE Chevrolet 350 Remanufactured Long Block Crate Engines come in two configurations. They can be used with a factory TBI system or a carbureted setup:

• 1987-95 (K VIN code) with 8.7:1 compression, a factory-spec hydraulic flat tappet cam, and heads with 76cc combustion chambers. It produces 250 horsepower and 350 lbs.-ft. of torque when equipped with a 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor and a dual plane intake manifold.

• 1996-2002 (R VIN code) with 9.4:1 compression, a factory-spec hydraulic roller cam, and heads with 64cc combustion chambers. It delivers up to 290 horsepower and 375 lbs.-ft. of torque when equipped with 650 CFM four-barrel carburetor on a high-rise dual plane intake manifold.
