Get the Right Piston with a Mahle LSX PowerPak Piston and Ring Kit

With 88 configurations to choose from, getting the right pistons for your GM LS engine build is not an issue with a Mahle LSX PowerPak Piston and Ring Kit. The kits feature forged pistons made from 2618 aluminum alloy for increased detonation resistance. The pistons are available in flat top, dome, and dished versions for naturally aspirated and power-adder engines, and have a combination valve pocket design that works with LS1, LS3, and LS7 cylinder heads.

Other features include:
• Fully machined crowns
• CNC-finished pin bores
• Slipper-style skirts with GRAFAL® coating to reduce drag, piston noise, scuffing, friction, and cylinder bore wear
• Dry lubricant phosphate coating in the pin bores and ring grooves prevent galling and microwelding during initial engine startup and break-in
• High-strength German steel wristpins

Rounding out each Mahle LSX PowerPak kit is a set of piston rings (moly-coated ductile iron top ring, cast iron secondary ring, and stainless steel oil control ring) and wire-lock wristpin retainers.
