Get Your Factory Air Suspension Up and Running with Arnott Air Suspension Components

Nothing rides quite like a car or truck with a factory air suspension system—at least until something like a compressor or an air strut conks out. And what the dealer wants for replacement parts is—well, we’d rather not talk about it.

But you can restore your factory air ride system to like new without mortgaging the farm with Arnott Air Suspension components. Arnott designs and engineers its products in the USA, and assembles them in American- and European-based factories. You can download free Arnott installation manuals and videos to help you with your air suspension rehab, and all Arnott products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Summit Racing carries a complete line of Arnott air suspension kits and parts including these:

Air Compressors
Arnott air compressors are all-new, not rebuilt. Direct replacements for the OE compressors, they feature heavy-duty electric motors; thermal overload protection; a new air dryer; brackets and connectors; and a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. Summit Racing has Arnott compressors for domestic and import cars, trucks, and SUVs with factory air suspension.

Air Struts
Summit Racing carries new and remanufactured Arnott front air struts. New struts are assembled and tested in Arnott’s U.S. factory. The struts have a custom-designed shock absorber and a heavy-duty air spring sleeve manufactured by Continental ContiTech. They come assembled with an upper mount, a pre-installed solenoid, and a seal kit.

Remanufactured struts start with OE strut cores that are inspected, steam cleaned, and media blasted to bare metal before the damper is recharged with high performance shock oil. Worn components like the piston, rod guides, seal pack, air sleeve, and air line are replaced. The new upper seal uses an exclusive sealing technology instead of epoxy, which often cracks and leaks during use.

Summit Racing also carries Arnott new and remanufactured rear shocks to complete your air suspension overhaul.

Air Springs
Arnott air springs are all-new and feature multi-ply air bladders manufactured by companies like ContiTech and Goodyear. Many feature CNC-machined components like crimping rings and high-impact resin top and bottom mounts. They’re available for domestic and import vehicles.

Coil Spring Conversion Kits
Don’t want to mess around with a fussy air suspension system? Arnott has you covered with these Coil Spring Conversion Kits. They replace the air springs with U.S.-made, variable-rate coil springs that provide a smooth ride and won’t rot away or have electrical issues. You also get custom-valved shocks and/or struts, and most kits come with an electronic bypass module to eliminate fault codes. The conversion kits are not recommended for vehicles that tow large trailers or carry large loads as they may cause improper headlight beam angles.

Summit Racing also carries Arnott struts and shocks to convert adjustable air suspension to more reliable non-adjustable, plus air shocks for Harley-Davidson, Victory, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha road bikes.
