Available for flat tappet and roller camshaft, the kit’s spring rates are specially developed to handle today’s aggressive lobe profiles. Installation is easy because everything drops into stock GM Vortec heads without any machining required.

COMP Cams GM Vortec Valve Spring Kits for flat tappet cams can handle up to .510 inches of valve lift, and the roller cam kit can handle up to .540 inches of lift. The kits include beehive valve springs, chromemoly steel retainers, valve seals, valve locks, and detailed instructions.
