Hella Automotive Halogen Lighting Now Available at Summit Racing

Automotive lighting has sure come a long way from the days of acetylene lamps and sealed beam headlights. Case in point is Hella’s range of halogen headlight, taillight, fog and driving light, and other automotive bulbs that provide plenty of illumination and last longer than old-fashioned incandescent bulbs. Summit Racing offers five types of Hella bulbs:

Standard Halogen Bulbs
The Standard series bulbs are a good balance of performance and price. The OEM-quality bulbs feature an exclusive halogen gas formula and high quality quartz crystal glass, and last longer than Hella’s incandescent bulbs.

+50 Halogen Bulbs
These bulbs have an optimized filament design that provides up to 50% more light than the Standard halogens. They’re also SAE/DOT-, ECE-, and INMETRO-compliant.

High Performance 2.0 Halogen Bulbs
These are the bulbs you want for maximum, street-legal lighting. The High Performance 2.0 bulbs have a special halogen mixing gas and filament plus a blue-coated quartz crystal glass to put out 100% more light than Hella’s standard halogen bulbs.

High Wattage Halogen Bulbs
Designed for off-road use, the High Wattage series bulbs offer 150% more light output than the Standard bulbs—a big plus when driving in the middle of the Great Beyond. The High Wattage bulbs also have a long service life, another plus when you’re miles from anywhere.

Xtreme Yellow Halogen Bulbs
These bulbs provide 50% more light than the Standard halogens. But more importantly, they have a cool yellow light that gives you improved visibility with less reflection in rainy and foggy conditions.
