Holley Sniper 2 EFI Systems: Everything You Need for a Throttle Body EFI System Swap

Holley’s Sniper 2 EFI System is about everything you need in a throttle body fuel injection system. It’s easy to install, easy to tune, and supports 650 horsepower naturally aspirated and 575 horsepower boosted. The next generation ECU features improved RF noise and interference resistance from old car wiring, noisy alternators, and faulty plug wires. The “Hidden Harness” wiring harness exits from the rear of the throttle body for a cleaner appearance.

Other features include:
• 800 CFM throttle body with four 100 lb.-hr. fuel injectors
• Calibration wizard lets you create a base map and begin self-tuning—no laptop required
• Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband oxygen sensor with clamp-on bung kit
• 3.5-inch LCD color touchscreen for initial setup, tuning, and gauge displays
• Redesigned throttle shaft and plate geometry for a smoother throttle feel
• Transmission kickdown provisions for GM TH350/400, 200-4R/700R4, and Ford C4/C6
• Onboard contactless magnetic TPS sensor ensures accurate throttle position readings
• 2 ground inputs, 2 ground outputs, 1 TPS output (0-5v), and 1 tach output
• Plug-and-play HyperSpark distributor support for integrated timing control
•Optional adapters for CD ignition boxes, MSD Pro Billet Crank Trigger, and Bluetooth-enabled devices available

Some Sniper 2 EFI Systems are available with a Power Distribution Module (PDM). It has three relay channels—15 amp powertrain (EFI and ignition systems), a 25 amp fuel pump output, and a 25 amp electric fan output—plus two 2-amp circuits to power low-current accessories like gauges or activate trigger relays. Just connect the wiring from the EFI and ignition systems to the PDM, add a battery and switched 12-volt power feeds, and you’re good to go.

• Throttle body and handheld touchscreen with or without PDM module
• Master Kits with 340 LPH electric fuel pump, regulator, and filter with or without PDM module
• Return-style kits with in-tank fuel pump module
• Returnless-style kits with in-tank fuel pump module

Summit Racing also carries Holley Sniper 2 EFI Upgrade Kits that let you convert your original Sniper system to Sniper 2 specs. Basic kits include a Sniper 2 throttle body and adapter wiring harness. You can also get an upgrade kit with a PDM module, a Master Kit with fuel pump and regulator, or a kit with an in-tank fuel pump module.
