An anti-sway bar is essentially a steel torsion spring that connects the opposite wheels of a car. The bars greatly improve road handling during rapid load changes and hard cornering by reducing the load difference between the inside and outside wheels. That helps reduce body roll and improves steering behavior, allowing you to take the curves and corners faster.
