Improve Timing Accuracy and Durability with Rollmaster Timing Sets

Rollmaster Timing Sets are loaded with high-tech features to make them the best chain and sprocket timing systems built. All sets exclusively feature German-made Iwis one-piece double roller chains, which have been proven to out-perform all other brand chains in durability tests. 

Red Series Timing Sets
Rollmaster Red Series Timing Sets forego the typical cast-iron gears used by other brands in favor of billet steel. This provides more durability in high-revving performance engines as well as reduced rotating weight. Furthermore, the gears are matched to reduce runout and precision CNC-machined to improve accuracy and reduce wear for longer service life. 

Instead of offset bushings, eccentric-style pins, or multi-part upper gears to adjust camshaft timing, Rollmaster Red Series Timing Sets use crankshaft gears with nine machined keyways. This allows users to make timing adjustments in increments as little as 1° (up to a maximum advance/retard of 4° at the camshaft and 8° at the crankshaft) while guaranteeing rock solid mounting that will not move or work loose. Rounding out the features are one-piece Torrington bearings or brass thrust washers (depending on application) that reduce friction and wear and prevent camshaft walk due to thrust loading.

Gold Series Timing Sets
Rollmaster Gold Series Timing Sets have all the same features as the Red Series but come with fully nitride-hardened camshaft and crankshaft gears. This process further increases the hardness of the gears for additional durability against timing set failures.
