Improve Your Truck’s Fuel Economy and Transmission Cooling with a TCI Maximizer Towing Torque Converter
Swapping your stock torque converter for a TCI Maximizer Towing Converter means better fuel economy and lower transmission temperatures for your tow vehicle. The Maximizer converter does this by reducing the slippage encountered with non-lockup torque converters to lower engine RPM at highway speeds. That improves fuel economy and allows the transmission to run as much as 20 degrees F cooler. It’s a win-win for your truck.
TCI Maximizer Towing Torque Converters offer stall speeds ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 RPM depending on the vehicle. They’re available for these transmissions:
• GM TH-350/400/375/375B
• GM 700R-4 and 4L60
• GM 4L60-E and 4L80-E
• Ford C4 and C6
• Ford E4OD and 4R100
• Chrysler Torqueflite 727
• Chrysler A618 and 48RE
