And that’s not all. Eleven-degree valve angles, along with CNC-machined runners and combustion chambers, improve airflow capability. A revised water jacket system enhances thermal conductivity and tunability, and premium manganese bronze valve guides improve valve seat concentricity. That allows the valves to seal securely to increase cylinder pressure and eliminate leak down.

The Edelbrock Victor 11-Degree CNC 6-Bolt Cylinder Head for Chevy LS3 is sold as a bare casting so racers and engine builders can install the valvetrain and spring package that suits their needs. It is compatible with the GM LSX blocks as well as other aftermarket cast iron and aluminum engine blocks designed to accept 6-bolt-per-cylinder GM LS cylinder heads. Heads sold individually.
