Keep the Seal, Lose the Pin with Vibrant Performance Pinless HD Clamps

Vibrant Performance HD Clamps are the go-tos for securing air intakes and turbo plumbing because they can withstand extreme pressures, are easy to use, and look really spiffy. And just when you think Vibrant couldn’t make them better, the company went ahead and did just that.

The Vibrant Performance Pinless HD Clamps have an integrated clasp mechanism with a safety lock pushbutton that replaces the original removable quick-release pin. That eliminates the risk of losing a pin and rendering a clamp useless, and also makes the clamps easier and quicker to install. Using the clamps is easy. To open, press the safety lock pushbutton and press the clasp down. To close the clamp, press the safety lock pushbutton again and press the clamp closed.

The clamps also have a hinge spring that keeps them closed when installed. The spring also makes installation easier as it helps align and close the clamp on the union sleeve. That’s a nice feature.

The Vibrant Performance Pinless HD Clamps are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and are compatible with the weld ferrules, union sleeve, and O-rings used with the older-style clamps. They are available in diameters from 2" to 5".
