Keep Your LS Engine’s Valvetrain Under Control with COMP Cams Beehive Valve Spring Kits
Valve springs that don’t efficiently manage dynamic valvetrain stress can experience fatigue, binding, and breaking. This can lead to valve float at high RPM, premature wear on other components, and even severe engine damage.
COMP Cams’ Beehive Valve Spring Kits for LS engines will solve those issues. The unique Beehive™ shape places the maximum area of the wire at the point of highest stress. That allows them to handle high levels of valvetrain stress more efficiently, eliminating damaging harmonics to improve high-RPM horsepower and durability. The springs also have less pressure for better valve control and reduced weight.
COMP Cams’ Beehive Valve Spring Kits are available with springs rated to .600 or .625 inch of valve lift. and come with matched retainers, locks, valve seals, and spring seats. The .625-inch springs are available with your choice of tool steel or lightweight titanium retainers.
