Keep Your Turbocharged Truck’s Intake Temperatures in Check with a Mishimoto Intercooler
High intake and exhaust gas temperatures are the enemies of a turbocharged truck. You can keep them in check with a Mishimoto air-to-water intercooler. Water can absorb and dissipate heat more effectively than air, and having fresh water cycling through the core means more consistent intake temperatures, too. Mishimoto intercoolers have an efficient bar-and-plate style core that is larger and thicker than the factory cooler’s core, which can drop intake temperatures as much as 25% and significantly improve EGTs. The combination of a larger core and cast aluminum intake design ensures superb airflow to reduce overall pressure drop. That means you can turn up the boost without worry.
Mishimoto diesel intercoolers are direct replacements for the factory cooler on these trucks:
• 1994-2010 Dodge/RAM 2500 and 3500 Cummins
• 1990-2010 Ford Super Duty 6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke
