Subframe Connectors for First-Gen Mustang
Tin Man Fabrication Subframe Connectors are fabricated from two-inch, 11-gauge square steel tubing with 11-gauge plates. The connectors slip inside of your front subframe and link underneath and on the side of your rear subframe, and closely follow the floor pan contours so no pan cutting is required.
The Gen II subframe connectors have an extra center attaching point for added chassis stiffness. Welding is required for all connectors.
Traction Bars for First-Gen Mustang
Designed for use with their subframe connectors, Tin Man Fabrication Traction Bars will help control rear-end torque and stabilize your Mustang’s suspension. The bars are made from forged steel with polyurethane rod ends and have an adjustable center link that is knurled and notched for hand or wrench adjustment.
Tin Man Fabrication Traction Bars are available in these configurations:
• 1965-66 Mustang for use with Tin Man Gen II subframe connectors
• 1965-66 Mustang, Gen II subframe connectors included
• 1965-66 Mustang, Gen II subframe connectors and driveshaft loop included
• 1967-73 Mustang for use with Tin Man Gen I subframe connectors

Transmission Tunnel Panel for 1964-72 GM A-Body
The Tin Man Fabrication Transmission Tunnel Panel makes it easy to modify your 1964-72 GM A-Body to make room for a T56, TKO, 4L80, 6L90, or 8L90 transmission. Tin Man made the panel as compact as possible to allow the use of a stock center console.
Tin Man says the Transmission Tunnel Panel is designed to work with their transmission crossmember and motor mounts; some finagling might be necessary to use it with other crossmembers and mounts. The panel measures 29 inches long, five inches deep in front, and two inches deep in back.
Summit Racing also carries these Tin Man Fabrication products:
• Transmission and motor mount kits for 1965-93 Mustang
