Make Your Big Cam and Power Brakes Play Nice with a LEED Brakes Bandit Electric Vacuum Pump

Power brakes need 16 to 18 Hg of vacuum to operate properly. Drop a big cam in your engine and you lose vacuum—and gain a rock-hard brake pedal. LEED Bandit Series Electric Vacuum Pump Kits are a better way to generate more vacuum for your power brakes. The kits have a rotary vane-style pump that generates 25 Hg of vacuum, and is 30% more efficient than a piston-style pump so you get vacuum more quickly. The Bandit pump is also 60% quieter than piston-style pumps, which you’ll appreciate.

Each LEED Bandit Series Electric Vacuum Pump is pre-wired with a two-wire power hookup for easy installation. The pumps are available with a black painted canister, a chrome plated canister, or without a canister for mounting in very tight spaces.
