If you want the power of a pro-class digital data display without the price tag, the PowerTune Digital Dash V5 Display is for you. Unlike inexpensive displays that rely on a slow OBD2 link to replay information, the V5 Display works with the CAN/CAN bus data network used by most aftermarket engine management systems and OEM ECUs for cars built from 2006 forward. This allows it to receive and display information from the ECU in real time with no lag. What you see is what’s happening right now.

If you have an aftermarket ECU, the PowerTune V5 Display can display information from whatever sensors you have plugged into it like air/fuel ratio, boost pressure, ethanol content, etc. The display does not send any data or instructions into the ECU so there is no risk of damage or interference.

PowerTune Digital Dash V5 Displays are available with or without a GPS mode. It can overlay your position onto track maps so you can see your current location. It also includes a lap timer accurate to 1/10th of a second.

The PowerTune dashes support stock ECUs for 2006 and later GM engines; Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ; Mitsubishi Evo X; 2008-2015 Subaru WRX; and Nissan 350Z/370Z. It also supports many aftermarket ECUs including Haltech, Vi-Pec, Link, Fueltech, and Motec.
