Vibrant Performance Mandrel-Bent Tubing is made from 304 stainless steel to hold up to the abuse of high heat and other corrosive and environmental conditions. It is available in two types:

Round tubing comes in twelve diameters ranging from 1 1/4 inches all the way up to 5 inches OD in bend angles of 15, 45, 60, 90, 120, and 180 degrees.

Oval tubing is available in 3- and 3.5-inch OD diameters in 45- and 90-degree bend angles.

Vibrant Performance Mandrel-Bent Tubing is also available in 321 stainless steel. This material has better ductility and is more resistant to fractures at high temperatures like those commonly found in endurance racing, turbo manifolds, rotary engine headers, and other applications where higher EGTs are the norm. In addition, 321 stainless steel allows fabricators to take advantage of the increased tensile strength of the material to minimize manifold and header weight.

The 321 stainless tubing available in 16- or 18-gauge thicknesses in ODs from 1 1/2 inches to 3 inches in diameter in 90- or 180-degree bends.
