New at Summit Racing: Belltech Lowering Kits for Late-Model GM Trucks and SUVs
A lowered stance packed in a single, no-guesswork kit.
Properly lowering a vehicle requires perfectly matched components to retain safety and ride quality. Belltech did all that work for you when it put together its latest Lowering Kits. When installed, these kits deliver improved handling and a low, aggressive stance.
At the heart of the kits are Belltech’s high performance Nitro 2 shock absorbers. Belltech designed these gas charged twin-tube shocks to pair perfectly with its lowering springs. The shocks provide the proper damping necessary to retain safety and function of the original suspension system.
Belltech Lowering Kits include a set of four Nitro 2 shocks, along with a set of lowering coil springs for the front end. The OE rear leaf spring is retained but, depending on application or desired suspension drop, the kit will include the appropriate lowering shackle/hanger. The kits also come with bushings and hardware required to complete the installation.
As with any lowering kit, Belltech recommends an alignment after installation.
Belltech has just pulled the wraps off several kits designed specifically for 1997-2015 GM trucks and SUVs, including the 2015 Chevy Silverado/GM Sierra. There’s even a kit available for the 2003-06 Chevy SSR. Other applications include Chevy Avalanche, S-10, and Suburban, plus GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade.
