New at Summit Racing: Rock Krawler Suspension Kits for Jeep

It’s pretty easy to lift a Jeep. It’s something else to make that lifted Jeep handle and articulate properly on varied terrain. Rock Krawler Suspension knows how to make suspension kits that do just that. It was the first company to make an triangulated three-link suspension conversion kit that eliminated the track arms–and the binding that happened crawling over rocks or obstacles. Rock Krawler even covers its stuff with a limited lifetime warranty on all hard parts.

Summit Racing carries Rock Krawler suspension kits and components for Wranglers, Cherokees, and Grand Cherokees—here’s a sample of what’s available:

X-Factor Mid- and Long Arm Suspension Kits for Wrangler
Summit Racing offers two types of X-Factor Kits. The Mid-Arm Kits for Wrangler JKs are designed for JKs that see highway use and moderate off-roading. They provide enough lift to clear 33 and 35 inch tires with OEM fenders, and 37 inch with aftermarket flat fenders. Features include:
• Excellent highway ride and handling
• Greatly improved off-road ability
• Repositions rear axle backward up to one inch for tire clearance
• High clearance front and rear lower control arms
• In-vehicle adjustable front upper control arms for easy alignment
• Long travel multi-rate coil springs
• Front sway bar disconnects and extended links
• Rear extended sway bar links
• No welding required
• Upgradeable to any other Rock Krawler system

The Long Arm Kits are a big step up in off-road ability and articulation, but still offer a decent highway ride. They also provide enough lift to clear 33 and 35 inch tires with OEM fenders, and 37 inch with aftermarket flat fenders. Features include:
• Front and rear independent three-link conversion (Wrangler JK kits)
• Front three-link/triangulated four-link conversion (Wrangler TJ kits)
• Best in class ground clearance and crossover angles
• Adjustable rear anti-squat
• In-vehicle adjustable front upper control arms for easy alignment
• Repositions rear axle backward up to one inch for tire clearance
• Long travel multi-rate coil springs
• Front sway bar disconnects and extended links
• Rear extended sway bar links
• Upgradeable to any other Rock Krawler system

Rock Runner Coil-Over Kits for Wrangler
These kits have the same components and benefits as the X-Factor Long Arm Kits, but include a set of four Prodigy coil-over shocks that provide up to 12 inches of front travel and 10 inches of travel out back. If you can’t crawl over stuff with that much travel, you can’t crawl.

The Stage 1 kits come with standard Prodigy shocks and lift your Jeep 2.5 to 3.5 inches. The Stage 2 kits have Prodigy remote reservoir shocks and provide 3.5 inches of lift. That’s enough to clear 38 inch tires if you use flat front fenders. Rock Runner kits are available for 1987-2016 Wrangler.

Max Travel Kits for Wrangler JK
If you’re looking for a bolt-in system that provides excellent suspension travel and clears 35 inch tires without cutting the front fenders, the Max Travel Kit is for you. All kits feature:
• Caster correcting, high clearance front lower control arms
• Pinion angle correcting, double adjustable rear upper control arms
• Long travel multi-rate coil springs
• Front sway bar disconnects and extended end links

The standard Max Travel Kits don’t include shocks. The Stage 1 kits have Prodigy 2.0 shocks and the Stage 2 kits have Prodigy 2.0 remote reservoir shocks.

Summit Racing carries other Rock Krawler suspension kits plus shocks, springs, control arms, track bars, rod ends, and other components for folks who want to build their own suspension.
