New at Summit Racing: Smittybilt Smart Covers
Covers made to handle the grind of a workweek.
Any tonneau cover looks good the day it’s installed. The true test comes after it’s been subjected to sunlight, road abuse, snow, tree sap, and stray cats. Smittybilt’s Smart Covers are built to look and perform like day one, even if it’s day 2,374.
Starting with a reinforced frame made from 6061 aircraft aluminum, Smittybilt Smart Covers use a bowed truss design to keep water (and ice) from accumulating. The cover itself is made from leather-grain vinyl, while an all-weather sealing system keeps Mother Nature away from your cargo. Smart Covers also feature ballistic nylon straps with nylon-reinforced plastic buckles that will last longer than the truck they’re attached to.
The covers are hinged to allow easy fold-back access to the contents of the truck bed. Plus, each cover comes with a cargo net to keep gear from shifting during transit. There’s also a new Speed Lock system, which makes removing and installing the tonneau quick and effortless—perfect for when truck owners need to haul the big stuff.
The covers come completely assembled for a hassle-free installation. Smittybilt Smart Covers are available for the following applications:
