New at Summit Racing: STI ATV, UTV, and Dirt Bike Tires

It’s a no-brainer to get ATV, UTV, or dirt bike tires from folks that actually go out and beat ‘em up on the trail. That’s why you should take a look at the STI tires available at Summit Racing. They’ve been making tires since three-wheelers roamed the earth, so they know what makes a good off-road tire. Take a look at a few of the STI tires we have available:

Rocktane Series ATV/UTV Tires
Available in sizes from 25 to a monster 34 inches tall, the Rocktane XD tire is made for abuse. Features include:
• 8-ply-rated radial carcass
• Tread compound that provides extra grip and extends tire life
• Non-directional tread design for smooth and precise control
• RocWall sidewall construction adds shoulder protection
• RocGuard rim guard protects wheels from trail damage

The Rocktane XD-K tire has all the features of the XD, plus dual Kevlar® belts engineered in a cross-weave pattern running shoulder to shoulder. This provides triple the puncture resistance of the standard XD. The Rocktane XS tire has a symmetrical center tread pattern for improved performance and a smoother ride on hardpack surface. It is also lighter than the Roctane XD, making it ideal for desert racing.

Tech 4 Series ATV/UTV Tires
The Tech 4 tires are designed for more sporting machines. The Tech 4 MX is the motocross tire. It features a high-tech rubber compound that delivers exceptional hook-up on hardpack surfaces, plus a unique tread pattern that pulls powerfully through soft loam. It’s also lightweight to reduce unsprung weight, reduce bounce, and enhance high-speed control. The MX is available in two sizes:  20?6-10 front and 18?10-8 rear.

The Tech 4 XC is perfect for cross-country racing and trail riding. It has the same rubber compound and tread design as the MX, but features a beefy six-ply carcass and comes in taller sizes to improve ground clearance.

Tech 2 Series Dirt Bike Tires
There are two versions of the Tech tire. The MXC features a durable four-ply carcass and a semi-wide tread pattern that delivers outstanding traction and control on both soft and hard surfaces. The intermediate profile has more tread on the shoulder of the tire to enhance cornering grip and acceleration.

The Tech 2 DX is DOT approved (90% dirt/10% road) for dual-sport riders. It has a four-ply carcass made from a premium rubber compound, plus a lower sidewall to maximize strength and extend tire life. The wide-block, full-depth tread pattern means you can ride on a greater variety of terrain, both on and off-road.
