New at Summit Racing: TCI Low Gear Planetary Sets

Drop in lower gearing for off-the-line acceleration in everything from drag race heroes to tow vehicles.

Why They’re Cool: These Low Gear Planetary Sets offer lower first and second gear ratios. That significantly increases vehicle acceleration and lessens the rpm drop between gears for better all-around performance.

The gear sets for GM 4L80E transmissions have heavy-duty CNC-machined billet construction that increases load capacity by as much as 17 percent, making these planetary sets much more durable than OE.

The gear set for Ford C-6 has a six-pinion, low drag design that offers greater strength and significantly lower drag through the use of low friction, high-quality bearings in place of the standard brass thrust washers.
