Nitrous Express Direct Port Nitrous Oxide Systems are the Better Way to Feed Nitrous to Your 5.0L Coyote

Just like direct fuel injection helps your Ford Coyote make big horsepower, a nitrous oxide system that sprays nitrous and fuel directly into the cylinders can help it make even bigger amounts of power. Nitrous Express Direct Port systems feed equal amounts of nitrous and fuel to each cylinder to add 100 to 300 horsepower without worrying about a cylinder going too rich or too lean.

The Nitrous Express kits come with two billet aluminum plates that fit between the intake manifold and the cylinder heads. Nitrous and fuel run through fittings in the plates so they are injected directly in the cylinder head intake ports. You tailor the horsepower level with jets that are installed in the fittings. And since the plates are just 5/8-inch thick, you won’t have to run a taller aftermarket hood.

The kits also come with a TPS auto-learn switch that activates the nitrous only at wide open throttle and automatically shuts it off when you let your foot off the accelerator. You also get Nitrous Express’ Lightning nitrous and fuel solenoids that have a raised inlet and a bottom exit that eliminate up to four sharp 90-degree turns that can cause gas bubbles to form. That means more power.

The Nitrous Express Direct Port System fits stock 2018 and later factory intake manifolds including the Boss manifolds. All kits include jetting for 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower levels; a fuel line/rail adapters; extra-long stainless steel braided nitrous line; master arming switch; relay and harness; and mounting hardware. You can also get a system without a nitrous bottle or with your choice of a 10, 12, or 15 pound unfilled bottle with valve and brackets.
