Perfect for high power street or race applications, the Xtreme Twin Disc Clutch Kits enable quick shifts and hard slips. They successfully increases torque capacity with a moderate-to-stiff pedal feel, making the kits as capable on the street as they are at the track. The kits come with either a full face, unsprung hub disc with a 970 ft.-lbs. torque capacity or a six-paddle unsprung hub disc rated at 1,240 ft.-lbs. (recommended for race use only). The kits are SFI 1.2-certifed.
With twice the disc surface, Twin Disc Maxx Xtreme Clutch Kits wear better and have improved heat capacity for longer life. The kits feature a computer-balanced pressure plate and CNC machined flywheel. This helps the clutch operate smoothly, even at high RPMs. There are two versions of this kit, one includes a six-paddle unsprung hub disc, rated at 1,516 ft.-lbs., and the other a full face unsprung hub disc, rated at 1,125 ft.-lbs. Both are SFI 1.2-certifed.
Featuring a heavy-duty pressure plate and two street discs, ACT’s Heavy-Duty Twin Disc Clutch Kits include a ceramic disc with either a full face or a six-paddle unsprung hub. That means the kits can handle the stresses of high horsepower race engines and therefore are recommended for track-use only.
Applications: 2010-14 Chevy Camaro with 5.7L or 6.2L GM LS
