What’s the latest from the Summit Racing Brand team? They’ve introduced parts to set proper belt alignment on small block Ford engines, flanges to make almost any tubular part of your car fully removable, and a coolant crossover delete that blocks off the rear steam passages on GM LS cylinder heads. 

Summit Racing™ Crankshaft Pulley Spacers
Running an aftermarket harmonic balancer is sound practice when building a high-performance engine that makes more horsepower and turns higher RPMs. If you add one to a small block Ford, chances are good the crankshaft pulley won’t line up with the other pulleys anymore. This misalignment will chuck the belts off, leading to issues like overheating, loss of power steering, and charging problems. Our Crankshaft Pulley Spacers fix this. Crafted from CNC-machined aluminum for a perfect fit, the spacers come in .350-, .875-, and .950-inch thicknesses to dial in belt alignment perfectly with various accessory drive setups. 

The spacers fit all four-bolt pulleys used on 1980-2001 Ford 5.0L/302 and 5.8L/351W engines.

Our Quick-Removal Flanges allow you to make almost any tubular part of your
car removable. For example, let’s say you want an easier way to remove the transmission. Simply cut the trans crossmember in half or wherever you want it to separate, then weld the flanges onto the sectioned pieces of tubing. The flanges bolt together with the included Grade 8 hardware; just unbolt them to remove the crossmember.

The Quick-Removal Flanges can be used on K-members, shock hoops, and many other components too. They are laser-cut from .250-inch steel and are available to fit 1-inch, 1 ¼-inch, 1 ½-inch, and 1 ⅝-inch diameter tubing.

Convert the factory four-corner coolant crossover system on your GM LS to a modern two-corner system with our Coolant Crossover Delete Kit. The kit blocks off the steam ports in the rear of the cylinder heads. This provides more clearance for OEM and aftermarket performance intake manifolds, eliminates unnecessary plumbing that can eventually leak or break, cleans up the engine for improved looks, and provides additional firewall clearance for engine swaps into tight engine compartments. The low-profile design of the block-off plugs gives extra clearance and does not require removal of the cylinder heads to install. The kit includes two billet aluminum block-off plugs, sealing O-rings, and bolts.
