R-12 to R-134a Basic Retrofit Kits
You can convert that old R-12-based air conditioning system to readily available R-134a with an FJC Basic Retrofit Kit. The kits come with your choice of PAG synthetic or Estercool compressor oil additive to prevent acid formation and inhibit corrosion. Both kits come with high and low side adapters, caps, and a decal to remind you that the system has been converted to R-134a.

It would be a good idea to get an FJC Retrofit Adapter Kit in case your system requires additional parts that aren’t included in the Basic Retrofit Kit. Better safe than sorry.

R-1234yf Refrigerant Recharge Kit
The OEMs began transitioning from R-134a to more environmentally friendly R-1234yf refrigerant in the mid-2010s, and all vehicles built after 2021 use it. FJC’s R-1234yf Refrigerant Recharge Kit will help put the chill back into your vehicle's unit. The kit’s patented design safely discharges refrigerant into the system and prevents backflow. You get an eight ounce can of R-1234yf refrigerant and a self-sealing valve can tap with recharging hose.

Polar Ice Plus Anti-Wear and Leak Sealer R-134a Refrigerant
FJC Polar Ice Plus Anti-Wear & Leak Sealer refrigerant is specially formulated with anti-wear additives and leak sealer to extend the life of R-134a A/C systems on high-mileage vehicles. It is compatible with PAG and ester compressor oil. FJC Polar Ice Plus refrigerant comes with or without a dispensing top.

Kwik Seal Stop Leak Air Conditioning Sealant
FJC Kwik Seal Stop Leak Air Conditioning Sealant will stop leaks in condensers, evaporators, and hoses on R-134a A/C systems by creating a permanent seal in metal and rubber components. The sealant will not damage system recovery/recycle equipment. The three ounce can comes with a hose and coupler for easy for dispensing—no other tools are necessary.
