REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty Electric Brake Controller: Trailer Brake Control, No Banged Knees

railer brake controllers can be a pain in the—well, the knee. The bulky controllers are often mounted where you’re almost guaranteed to bang your knees into them. That’s not a problem with a REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty Electric Brake Controller. The unit tucks up under the dash and is controlled by a dash-mounted knob for a factory look.

The Tow-Pro Liberty does a good job controlling your trailer brakes, too. The proportional brake controller uses inertia-sensing technology to measure the tow vehicle’s braking force and applies the trailer brakes to match. That means smooth braking with no pushing or pulling of the tow vehicle.

The REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty has a three-axis accelerometer so you can mount it in any position. It’s compatible with both electric and electric-over-hydraulic brakes and self-calibrates for a quick setup and installation.
