Long-to-Short Bed Conversion Kits
Transform your classic Chevy or GMC long bed pickup with Brothers Trucks Long-to-Short Bed Conversion Kits. Designed for popular GM platforms from 1967 to 1983, these kits make it easy to achieve the clean, factory-style look of a short-bed truck—without sacrificing strength or precision.

Built from heavy-gauge steel, each kit includes laser-etched templates, inner C-channel braces, and all the hardware needed to shorten your truck’s frame using basic hand tools. The kit also comes with a properly sized front-to-rear brake line, shorter parking brake cables, and detailed step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. While final welding is required, the included braces allow the truck to be safely driven to a welder if necessary.
