Worse, all of the scratches and scrapes will expose the bare metal underneath, creating a breeding ground for rust. If left unprotected, the bed will eventually rust through, necessitating either replacement or extensive metal repair work.

This durable, two-component urethane coating provides a textured satin finish that makes any bed surface look brand new. The bedliner is also ideal for coating floor pans and trunk interiors.

Application is straightforward. After cleaning and sanding the surface, add eight fluid ounces of activator to one bottle of bedliner and shake for 2-3 minutes. Connect the included applicator gun to a compressed air source and spray one coat of bedliner; after about 5 minutes of flash time, apply a second coat. The bedliner will dry to the touch in about an hour, and will be ready for light use in 48 hours and regular duty in five days.
