Rhodes Race Cars Racing Components Now Available at Summit Racing

Tucked inside an 11,000 square foot shop on the south side of Chicago, Rhodes Race Cars turns out some of the nicest roll cages, suspension components, fuel cells, water tanks, and other parts for drag, circle track, and road racing. Like any good fabrication shop, Rhodes Race Cars does everything in-house, from design to tube-bending to final welding. That means parts quality is second to none.

Competition Roll Cage Kits
Rhodes Race Cars competition roll cages meet or exceed NHRA and IHRA requirements when properly installed. All bars are precision bent for each particular body style and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. And with almost 2,300 cage kits available, you shouldn’t have a problem finding one that fits your car.

RRC roll bars and cages are available in the following materials:
• 1 3/4 inch x .134 inch wall mild steel tubing
• 1 3/4 inch. x .120 inch wall DOM tubing
• 1 3/4 inch x .083 inch wall 4130 chromoly tubing 

Roll Cage Kit Types
• Four-point kits with main hoop, rear braces, seat crossmember, and four steel mounting plates
• Six-point kits with main hoop, rear braces, side bars, seat crossmember, and six steel mounting plates
• Eight-point kits with main hoop, rear braces, side bars, frame supports, seat crossmember, and six steel mounting plates
• 10-point kits with everything in the eight-point kits plus a roof hoop, windshield runners, and dash crossmember

Fuel Cells
Rhodes Race Cars fuel cells are made from .100 inch thick, 5051 aircraft aluminum. They feature an aircraft-style flush mount cap and AN fittings for the pickup, vent, and return fittings. The 10, 15, and 20 gallon fuel cells are available with or without a 0-90 ohm sending unit.

The Drag Series fuel cells feature -8 AN pickup, vent, and return fittings. The Pro Series fuel cells have -10 and -12 AN pickup and return fittings to match the demands required by high-capacity electric fuel pumps. Street Series fuel cells have a straight filler neck with screw-on billet aluminum cap, a 0-90 ohm sending unit, and -8 AN fittings for the pickup, vent, and return fittings. 

Ice/Water Tanks
These ice/water tanks are made for use with high-horsepower turbo- and supercharged vehicles with air-to-water intercooler systems. Features include:
• Made from .100 inch thick, 5051 aircraft aluminum alloy
• Choice of 5 or 7.5 gallon versions with or without built-in intercooler pump
• Large 8 1/4 inch diameter cap opening
* One inch or 1 1/4 inch NPT coupler fittings for feed and return lines
• 1/2 inch NPT vent and drain fittings
• Electrical connections installed for internal pumps
• Built-in mounting tabs

Sportsman Series Anti-Roll Bar
This universal-fit anti-roll bar features a one inch diameter, .188 inch wall 4340 chromoly shaft that pivots on PTFE bushings for smooth and controlled body roll. The weld-on 4130 chromoly mounting arms will not slip or come loose like bolt-on arms. The anti-roll bar fits frame rail spacing up to 36 inches wide, and is rated for cars making up to 850 horsepower and weighing up to 4,000 pounds. Mounting tabs, rod ends, and Grade 8 hardware included.
