Set Up Your Camaro or Nova for Handling or Drag Racing with a QA1 Full Vehicle Suspension Kit

Whether you want your first- or second-gen Camaro or 1969-72 Nova to handle the twisties or go straight down the drag strip, Summit Racing has a QA1 Full Vehicle Handling or Drag Racing Suspension Kit to make it happen.

What’s new is the addition of a four-link kit for the Level 2 and Level 3 kits. The triangulated four-link offers +2 to -3 inches of rear ride height adjustability and works with mini-tubs to provide extra clearance for larger wheel and tire packages.

Adjusting ride height, pinion angle, or wheelbase is as simple as a few tweaks–no link removal required. No modifications to the floor pan are required, but the four-link will require a bit of welding.

You can also get a Level 2 or 3 Full Vehicle Suspension Kit with a nine-inch axle housing package. It includes a fabricated steel housing, 31-spline axles, bearings and seals, wheel studs, and hardware. QA1 welded the necessary four-link and sway bar brackets to the housing, making it a bolt-on deal.

Level 2 kits come with an OEM-width axle housing. Level 3 kits have an axle housing that is five inches narrower than the factory housing. You will need a rear brake kit designed for ’Torino’ large-bearing axle flanges.

Level 3 Kits
• 2.0 Pro-Touring tubular front control arms with one-inch longer upper ball joint studs to improve camber gain and overall cornering grip

• Front and rear sway bar
• Bolt-on subframe connectors
• Coilover shock thrust bearings, tie rod adjustment sleeves, and adjustment wrench

The Full Vehicle Drag Suspension Kits have 2.0 Drag Racing tubular front control arms with adjustable droop stops on the upper arms to set the perfect front-end rise for launching off the line.
