Whether you’re blasting across the desert at 90+ MPH or elbow deep in a mud hole, System 3 knows that the structural strength of a wheel and its ability to carry a load is just as important as impressing everyone with a head-turning design.

System 3 wheels are made from strong, lightweight aluminum and are available in two basic designs. Perfect for casual and mild performance trail riding, their simulated beadlock wheels replicate the styling of full-size truck wheels. Heavy-duty inner and outer wheel lips give the wheels up to a 1,000 pound load rating, and large lug holes accommodate most standard-style hex head lug nuts. 

If aggressive riding in punishing terrain is how you roll, then System 3 beadlock wheels are what you need. The wheels have thick billet beadlock rings, 5/16" grade 8 mounting hardware, and are load-rated up to 1,500 pounds. The SB-3 series wheel is the strongest cast UTV wheel on the market today. It features the industry’s first stainless steel lug inserts to ensure the lug nuts fit tightly and to prevent the lug holes from going oblong over time. 

System 3 wheels are available in various styles, diameters, widths, bolt patterns, and offsets to fit many applications. All models include replaceable bolt-on center caps and carry a limited lifetime warranty. 

System 3 Off-Road Tires
Good wheels are important, but it’s the tires that make the biggest impact on performance. System 3 has all of the UTV tire categories covered: cross-country, rocks, race, sand dunes, trails, and mud. 

XTR370 and XCR350 radial tires anchor System 3’s cross-country lineup. They provide a smooth, comfortable ride. Their multi-angle tread design features a stepped structure for maximum bite. The staggered shoulder tread enables traction across the entire tread surface. The XCR350 tires are D.O.T. approved for road use. 

For extreme trail running, the System 3 XT300 gets the nod. This tire features a high-mileage compound and excels in loose terrain because of its aggressive dual-stage lugs and wide-profile carcass. Deep shoulder steps and wrap-around side lugs offer maximum side bite, while the deep rim guard provides maximum wheel protection.

Torture-tested in the nation’s toughest mud pits, System 3 XM310 and XM310R tires thrive in the slop. These bog monster tires feature 2" dual-stage lugs that self-clean and dig deep to pull out of the gooiest mud. Their aggressive style outperforms agricultural V-tread tires, especially in reverse. Available in heights ranging from 28" to 36" tall. 

Sand duners will dig System 3 DS340 and SS360 series tires. Their unique tread pattern provides outstanding traction while keeping you on top of the sand. Their 2 ply-rated carcass is light for low-rolling resistance and less vehicle stress. The tread provides all-terrain traction, and the tires work equally well on turbo’d or naturally aspirated machines. 

System 3 RT320 non-directional tires are ideal for mixed terrain at any speed. They pull hard on loose surfaces, while still giving a smooth and quiet ride on hard-pack surfaces. Their radial carcass is light with a wide contact patch, and their high-mileage rubber compound provides maximum durability with long life. RT320 tires are D.O.T. approved for road use.
