Show the Trails Who's Boss with Your Rock Jock Off-Road Equipped Rig

When it’s time to put down your hard-earned cash on parts for your off-roader, are you going to take a risk with parts from a fly-by-night company or place your trust in one like Rock Jock Off Road that’s been in off-roading for several decades? Rock Jock Off-Road components have a proven track record for earning numerous victories in rock crawling, Ultra 4, and desert racing so you know they can handle anything you throw at them.

Summit Racing carries the entire Rock Jock line—50 products in all. Some of their most popular products include:

Johnny Joint Rod Ends
The Johnny Joint Rod End is the original urethane bushed spherical ball joint end, and is still the undisputed leader in articulation and durability. The bushings are made from a proprietary urethane that surrounds a smooth, heat-treated 4130 chromoly steel inner ball that rotates without binding. Unlike steel Heim joints or Delrin/urethane bushings, Johnny Joints do not squeak or clunk during use, maintaining a quiet ride over their entire service life—which can be up to 10 times longer than other joints. In the rare occurrence that a Johnny Joint does wear out, you can rebuild it at home an available rebuild kit.

Johnny Joint Rod Ends are available in several versions to suit every possible type of suspension build:

  • Forged or billet steel construction
  • Right hand or left hand threads
  • Male or female threaded
  • Bolt-on or weld-on mounting style
  • Internally or externally greasable
  • Kits for factory Jeep control arms
Currectlync® Steering Systems
Don't get stuck in a bad spot—equip your rig with a Rock Jock Currectlync Steering System before your next back country adventure. The Currectlync System replaces the light-duty factory steering parts with heavy-duty components designed to survive in aggressive off-road applications. Features include:
  • Chromoly tie-rod bars that resist bending when they come into contact with rocks
  • Forged chromoly steel drag links with altered rod end angles to properly accommodate lifted suspensions for increased tie-rod end life
  • Tie-rod ends with substantially larger threads than factory steering components, altered grease passages for proper lubrication, and altered head angles to prevent the ends from locking against steering arms under articulation.
  • Steering stabilizer shock brackets with heavy duty components
Currectlync Steering Systems are available for all 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee and 1997-2018 Wrangler vehicles.

ACOS Coilover Spring Adjusters
Most Jeeps are set up as dual-purpose vehicles, but in some applications the suspension is too soft to take turns safely on the street. Rock Jock Coilover Spring Adjusters fix that. They provide plenty of wheel travel off road but can reduce it by more than 1.5 inches for improved road manners. To make the travel change, simply take the weight off the coil spring and screw apart the two-piece threaded bump stop to the desired height. Now the vehicle’s center of gravity will be safely lowered for daily driving, and you can reset the long lift suspension travel when you head to the trails.
