Summit Racing™ Self-Solder Wire Connectors Make Electrical Connections Virtually Foolproof

If you’re like most folks, you don’t have enough fingers and toes to count the number of times a crimped, soldered, or—horrors—twisted wire connection has failed. Use our Summit Racing™ Self-Solder Wire Splice Connectors instead. They’re the easy and virtually foolproof way to make permanent, waterproof electrical wire connections—all you need is a heat gun to melt the solder in the connector and secure it in place.

The butt-style connectors have greater pull strength than ordinary vinyl or nylon connectors so flexing and vibration won’t loosen or break the connection. The translucent heat shrink protects the terminals from corrosion and allows you to visually inspect the connections. We even color-coded the connectors and printed the wire gauge on them so you don’t mix them up.

 The Summit Racing Self-Soldering Wire Splice Connector Kit comes with 20 red connectors for 22-16 gauge wire, 20 blue connectors for 16-14 gauge wire, and 20 yellow connectors for 12-10 gauge wire. A storage case is included.
