Sunoco Race Jugs Now Available at Summit Racing

The last thing you need when refueling your race car is fuel leaking from a cheap jug or—shudder—gas can. Do yourself a favor and get a couple of these Sunoco Race Jugs. The five gallon jugs are made in the USA from industrial-quality and chemical-resistant high-density polyethylene. The bottoms are ribbed for added strength and also act as a grip when pouring fuel into a tank or cell. The jugs also have dual body bands to prevent the jug body from swelling so fluid level markings remain accurate.

You can get your jug with an O-ringed cap with a 3/4 inch NPT threaded insert to secure a fuel filler hose, or with Fastflo no-spill cap that features a built-in valve that shuts off fuel flow as you lift up the jug. That helps prevent overfilling and fuel spillage.

Summit Racing also carries fuel filler hose, replacement caps, and jug vents. We also have reflective jug covers that help stabilize fuel temperature in the jug and protect fuel from light and UV rays that can degrade its quality and octane rating.
