The Hoosier DR3 is the Do-It-All Drag Radial for Prep and No-Prep Drag Racing

Hoosier pooled its knowledge of tire compounds and tread design from across its vast motorsports experience to create the ultimate radial for both prep and no-prep style drag racing—the DR3 Drag Radial Tire.

The tire’s DR3 compound is designed with the latest technology to maximize traction at the track, especially for ‘no-prep’ racing on untreated surfaces.

The DR3 is available in the popular P275/60R15 size as required in X275 and other DOT drag radial classes. Other features include:

• New profile design for maximum performance
• Requires very little burnout
• Purpose-built to take on more power for quicker elapsed times
• Softer sidewalls help deliver exceptional grip in less-than-ideal conditions
• Better recoverability after traction is lost
• Tread pattern meets Department of Transportation requirements for use in DOT racing classes
