Racers know how important it is to isolate heat distribution in the engine compartment. That goes double for engines with unprotected turbos and exhausts that radiate extreme heat that soaks everything, especially sensitive electronic components that don’t function well under such conditions.

Using Thermo-Tec Rogue Series heat shields, wraps, and covers solves the heat transfer issue. They feature basalt insulating material crafted from volcanic rock. Basalt can withstand direct heat contact up to 1800 degrees F; what’s more, it is more resistant to abrasions and damage from liquid spills and abuse, so your shields stay looking good for much longer. You don’t want ratty shields, do you?

Turbo Covers for T3 and T4 Housings
The turbo covers help reduce turbo lag by maintaining heat inside the turbo, which keeps the turbine wheel spooled up. The covers feature dual layer construction for durability and heat retention, and come in your choice of Ricochet Black or carbon fiber-look finishes.

You can also get a complete Rogue Series Turbo Cover Kit that includes a turbo cover, a two inch x 25 foot roll of Rogue exhaust wrap, 18 inch long Snap Straps, and 10 feet of securing wire.

Exhaust Wrap
Thermo-Tec Rogue Series exhaust wrap keeps heat inside the exhaust system tubing, which allows exhaust gas to exit the system faster. That helps improve exhaust scavenging and helps lower intake temperatures. It’s available in 50 foot length in one and two inch widths.

Clamp-On Heat Shields
These heat shields are ideal for exhaust systems that use tubing up to 3.75 inches in overall diameter. The shields come complete with clamps and stainless steel stand-offs. Your choice of 5.75 and 11.750 inch lengths in Ricochet Black or carbon fiber-look finishes.
