Trackspec Motorsports Hood Louvers Now Available at Summit Racing
Downforce and heat control are critical to successfully compete in road course and track day competition. Take a cue from the big boys in SCCA and NASA racing and install Trackspec Motorsports Hood Louvers on your car. The louvers are designed to reduce underhood pressure to reduce front end lift and increase front end downforce. They also improve engine cooling by forcing more airflow through the radiator and allowing fresh air into the engine compartment.
Trackspec Motorsports Hood Louvers are made from aluminum and have a backbone design that maintains the structural rigidity of your hood. The kits include cutting templates, rivets or bolts, washers, and installation instructions for a factory quality installation. They’re available for popular cars like Camaros, Corvettes, Mustangs, Porsches, BMWs, and others.
Summit Racing offers Trackspec louvers for street and track day cars plus models that are accepted for SCCA/NASA T1, GT2, and GT4 class racing. Check your sanctioning body’s rules to see if the louvers are legal.
