Trick Flow Super 23® 230 Cylinder Heads: Airflow That Can Feed Up to 600 HP
A pair of Trick Flow’s Super 23 230 Aluminum Cylinder Heads give the serious street hero or racer the closest thing to the performance of 18 degree heads in a 23 degree design. They flow enough air to support engines making up to 600 horsepower.
Designed for 400 cubic inch and larger engines, the Super 23 230 heads are fully CNC-ported. They feature 70cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers and high-flow 230cc intake/78cc exhaust runners. The heads come assembled with 2.080"/1.600"stainless steel valves; 1.550" dual valve springs for cams up to .680 in. of valve lift; 10 degree machined steel locks and steel retainers; and Viton® fluoroelastomer valve seals. ARP 7/16 in. rocker studs and guideplates for 5/16 in. pushrods are included.
Other features include extra-thick decks and walls for porting, raised valve cover rails, and angled spark plug locations. The Super 23 230 heads use standard 23-degree small block Chevy components.
