Trinity Racing ATV and UTV Components Now Available at Summit Racing

Trinity Racing can trace its roots back to the 1970s when it got into the business of building engines for dirt bike racing in the Baja 1000 and other off-road events. Trinity uses those decades of experience to make some of the best exhaust systems and other components for ATV and UTV riders. It designs, bends, fabricates, and machines everything in-house to make sure you get a quality product that does what Trinity says it will do.

Summit Racing carries these Trinity Racing components:

Stage 5 Exhaust Systems
Much like turning the volume up past 11, Trinity Racing went right to Stage 5 when it created these exhaust systems. The fully TIG-welded systems provide horsepower and torque increases you’ll feel in the seat. The systems feature 304 stainless steel head and mid-pipes; aluminum mufflers with a high-flow wrapped and perforated core; machined billet aluminum exhaust tips; and billet aluminum muffler clamps. All Stage 5 systems come with USFS-approved spark arrestors and a five-year warranty.

Stage 5 Slip-On Mufflers
Trinity Racing Stage 5 Slip-On Mufflers a great option if you don’t want to replace your machine’s entire exhaust system. The aluminum mufflers have a high-flow wrapped and perforated core, stainless steel tail pipe and hardware, oxygen sensor bung, and a USFS-approved spark arrestor. Your choice of a brushed or black ceramic finish.

CVT Clutch Kits for Polaris RZR
Trinity Racing Stage 5 Clutch Kits will improve low- and mid-range torque and throttle response, provide smoother back/downshifts, and eliminate harsh clutch engagement and belt slippage. The kits come with a heat-resistant Dumax drive belt that is 30% stronger than OEM and other aftermarket belts, plus springs and weights. Choose from kits made for use with stock tires or larger 30-32 inch tires. Available for Polaris RZR XP1000/1000S/XP Turbo.

Extreme Drive Belts for Polaris and Can-Am
Trinity Racing’s Extreme Drive Belts are designed to handle big torque. The belts are made from Dumax high-temperature polymer compound with carbon fiber cords for excellent flexibility and heat resistance, and have a cogged design that can handle more than 10,000 pounds of tension without stretching or breaking. Available for Polaris RZR XP1000/XP Turbo and Can-Am X3.
