A Snow Performance Stage-1 Boost Cooler Water/Methanol Injection System will remove power-robbing heat and suppress detonation so you can crank the boost up on your forced induction engine. Made in the USA, they’re perfect for use on low-to-medium boost setups on carbureted or EFI engines equipped with a turbo or centrifugal/Roots-style supercharger. 

Here’s how they work:

An adjustable boost switch injects a fixed amount of water/methanol mix into the intake tract. The mix cools the incoming air charge to deliver denser, oxygen-rich airflow that helps make more power. It also dramatically lowers combustion chamber temperatures to reduce the chances of detonation and increases pump gas octane by 25 points to bring it up to full race-gas levels. Not only is that a big plus when running high compression and lots of boost, it’s proven to bring another 30-70 horsepower to the party. 

The Snow Performance Stage-1 Boost Cooler Water/Methanol Injection Systems come with an OEM-approved injection pump rated at 300 PSI. The pump has a proprietary heat flange, twin seals, and custom motor windings so it runs cooler and longer than other brand pumps. All O-ring connections are sealed and potted to keep out moisture that could harm the motor and other pump internals.
